Cyber Formula is a science-fiction story originally aired in Japan in 1991. Its story is about racing in the future with race cars equipped with computer support system called Cyber Systems. Hayato's rival Kaga drove this Ogre AN-21 in the 17th Grand Prix. Its performance is as good as the Nu Asurada, however not everyone can handle this machine due to its special biosystem.
